For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7
Toadies filter
Download my tube here



Download and open up the tube.
Go to effects/plug-ins/toadies/plain mosaic blur. Set cellwitdh to 55,
cell height to 56 and and the cell edges off (255).

Now go to effects/geometric effects/wave and use the following settings...



Now we are going to add the cyborg effect to the squares.
Effects/plug-ins/toadies/cyborg with these settings...



Add a new raster layer. (Layers/new raster layer)
To get the blue colour we go to colour/colourize, you can pic any colour you like,
I set the hue and saturation to 138 to get the blue though.

Now we are going to add the text, use the text tool and set the font size to 48
set the stroke colour to none and the fill colour to the colour you want.
(The font i used is called abaddon.)
To Drop shadow on the text go to effects/ 3D effects / drop shadow , use the following settings...



Now go to Layers/merge/merge visible.

Save the logo as .jpg and you are done :D
