Tutorial written by Nemesis

Looks way better in another colour lol
For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 9
Superblade Pro - coconutice glass preset
You can find the preset
HERE
The Font I used is called Future.
-If the settings aren't shown they are default settings.-
Open up a new image 300*300 pixels with a transparent background.
Select your text tool, set font size to 48, kerning to -291, floating
and then stroke width to 2. Set foreground colour to black and background
colour to any colour you like. I used #efc6fe.
Keep the text floating and go to effects/ plugin/flaming pear/ Superblade pro.
Add cocotineice with these settings...

Add a new raster layer (layers/ new raster layer) select your preset shapes tool.
Select the heart. Make sure you got the same colours as before on foreground and
background. Check antialias and set line width to 2.
Draw a heart, about the size 70*50. Go to selections/ select all then selections/float.
Apply the same superblade pro preset as on the text.
Add a new raster layer and draw a smaller sized heart, add the superblade preset.
Then go to layers/ duplicate.
Move the hearts to where you want them using the mover tool.
You should now have something like this...

Go to layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Now select a tool called cahnge to target brush.
Set size to 40 and hardness to 35.

Select a gradient you like as foreground colour,
it should match the initial colour.
I chose one called Rainbow Pastel.

Now just simply draw vertical lines over your text and hearts.
Don't worry about going outside of your text and hearts since the effect
will only stick to them and not your background.
You should have something like this now...

Add a new raster layer, change tools too your paintbrush.
Set size to 71, hardness to 50, and the shape round.
Make sure you still have your gradient as foreground colour.
Paint like so...

Then go to adjust/ blur/ gaussian blur add with a radius of 5.
Now go to effects/ distortion effects/pixelate.
Pixelate with block width set to 20 and block height to 13.
(to do this you must untick symmetric)
Lower the opacity on this layer to 75 on the layerpalette.
Then go to layers/ arrange/send to bottom.
Merge visible. Add your watermark.
crop and save as .jpg and you are done !
I hope you had fun.
happy psp.ing!
