Install the tube and the font !!

Open up an image 500*500 with a transparent background,
it's always nice to have loads of space to work on and specially for this sig tag.
Now select the tube tool and add the rose tube with a 100% scale.
Duplicate this layer and then go to effects / blur/ gaussian blur
and add with a radius of 15,00.
Now go to effects / texture effects/ soft plastic.
Add with these settings...

Now go to image / resize and resize with 75% of percentage of origin.
Make sure you haven't ticked the box that says resize all layers at the bottom.
Now hide the layer with the rose and duplicate your blured layer two times.
This is what you should see on you layer palette.

Now highligt the blur layer nr 1 as on the pic,
then go to effects/ plug-in filters/vm distortion / gear.
Add with teeth = 17 and strength = 46.
Highlight layer nr 2 and do the same thing with these settings
teeth = 14 and strength = 70
On the 3rd you add teeth = 30 and strength = 60
Now go to image/ flip and flip two of the gear layers.
Select the mover tool and move the images around till you think it looks good.
Then make the rose layer visible and move it to the top of the layers.
(Layers/ arrange / move to top)
You should now have something like this...

Go to layers/ add a new raster layer.
Select the text tool and add the text with these settings...

Now go to effects /3d effects/ drop shadow,
add a shadow with these settings...
