Since this seems to be a very popular picture to steal
I have had to disabled right click on this page. I cannot
take any more bandwidth theft.

For this tutorial you will need:
Psp
Animation shop
Open up a new image any size you want, I used width 400 and height 200.
Add a text with any effects you want, I added a gradient stroke to mine.
Name this layer text (right click / rename).
When this is done add a new raster layer. (Layers/ new raster layer)
On the next Layer you add either another text/word or a picture.
I added a heart. Put this picture right above the text.
Name this layer heart. When this is done you duplicate both layers.
Now order them so you got Text, heart, heart and text.
This is what I got now...



Now save the image as .psp then open it in animation shop.
This is what it should look like in animation shop.



hightlight the first frame by clicking on it.
Go Effects/insert image transition.
Use the following settings...



Now go to the second to last frame and highlight it.
Add the same effect again with the same settings.
Now right click the very first frame and then click frame properties.
you will get a box like this one...



Add 150 as the display time for this frame.
Now save the animation as .gif and you are done :D
To view the finished animation click the view animation button .
