For this tutorial you will need:

The font I used is called Collegiate-Normal.

Open up an image 450*450 pixels with a transparent background.
Start with selecting the picture tube tool and add the tube with a scale of 60%. Then go to effects/ sharpen / sharpen.

Add a new raster layer (layers/ new raster layer) then select the preset shapes
tool and make sure you only have antialias ticked.
Now set the styles like so, foreground colour: #534334 and background colour: #B1956D



Then draw an ellips 100*60.
Add a new raster layer and draw an ellips 60*35.
Place the two like so by using the mover tool.



Hide the girl tube layer by clicking on the glasses on the layer palette.
Then go to layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Now duplicate this layer 3 times.
On the first duplicate you go to image/ flip.
on the second one go to image /mirror
and one the last you first go to image/ flip then to image/ mirror.

Unhide the girl tube layer. Move the other layers around until
you got something like this...



Then hide the girl again and merge visible on the other layers.
Now go to effects/ plugins/ filter factory E / web...
Add with these settings...



Duplicate this layer and then go to effects/ plugins/ vm distortion/ center mirror.
Add with axes set to 20 and rotation 128.
Then go to effects/ blur/ soften.
Move this layer to the bottom. You should now have something similar to
this with all layer visible.



So all we got left now is adding the text.
Add a new raster layer then select the text tool.
Set the line width to 1 and then click the image. Add the text with these settings.
(The style colours are the same as we used on the preset shapes.)



Move the text to where you want it.
Merge visible and crop if needed then save as .jpg and you are done :o)
