For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7 or 8
Eyecandy 4000
This Filter download
Put the filter in your plugin folder.
The font i used for this tut is called boobookitty
Now open up a new image size 400*400 pixels with
a transparent background.
Start with selecting the text tool and add text with these settings...

Use any colour you'd like.
Now go to effects/plug-in filters/eyecandy/glass and use the
following settings...

Add a new raster layer and select the preset shapes tool
make a tiny round ball. Make sure that antialias is the
only thing you have ticked.Now add eyecandy's glass to this
little ball too, using the same settings.
Duplicate this layer 11 times, or as many times
as you want to depending on how you want your siggy to look.
Use the mover tool to move them in order. Now that you're happy
with them go to layers/merge/merge visible. You should
now have something like this...

Add a new raster layer.
Now once again go to preset shapes tool and add any shape you
i made a tiny star. Add the glass to it and then duplicate it once.
Use the movertool to put them in place and then merge visible again.
Now we are going to add a corona. Go to effects/plug-in filters/ eyecandy/corona.
Add with these settings but of course pick a colour that matches your siggy...

Duplicate your layer, and then pic up the freehand selection tool
press down shift and keep it down untill your finished with the selections.
Only do this on one layer not both.
Draw small circles in the circles and a stars in the stars Like this...

Then go to effects/plug-in filters/adjust/variations
And this is what it will look like...

Now press lighter ONCE, then ok.
If you want the blinking to show more then click ligther once more.
Now deselect and save your image as .psp.
Open it in animation shop and save as .gif and you are done!
