For this tutorial you will need:
Psp
Animation shop
The following selections
Download the selections here

Unzip the selections first!.
Open up a new image widht = 95 and height = 47.
Use the flood fill tool and flood the image in a colour you like.
Go to selections/load from disk and then browse to the folder you unzipped the
selections in, to load the 0 selection. Flood fill this area with another colour.
Like this...



Then go to effects/3d effects/inner bevel.
Use the following settings...



Deselect the middle area.
Add text and/or pic in the middle area. This is what I did...



Now duplicate the layer so that you got two pictures.



Now load blinkie selection nr 1 on the first layer.
Flood fill with any colour you like and then deselect.
Move to layer nr 2 and load blinkie selection nr 2,
flood fill with the same colour as the first selection.
When this is done save the image as .psp

Open Animation shop.
Open the image and save it as .gif
To view the finished animation click the view animation button . Why not add a flare or two to really make it special ? :P
