For this tutorial you will need the following tubes...
Black hearts
Blue diamonds
Blue mermaid

The font I used is called A&S black swan and is a pay font.
Open up an image 300*300 pixels with a transparent background.
add the black hearts tube and duplicate that layer
4 times, then place the hearts like so...
Merge these four layers.
Now pick up the drawing tool and set the type to single line,
line width to 5, and line style to solid. Make sure you ONLY have
antialias ticked.
Now add a new raster layer and draw four lines like so...
Select the selection tool and select the lines.
Flood fill it with the gold gradient provided.
Now go to effects/ 3d effects /inner bevel and add an
inner bevel with these settings...
Deselect.
Highlight the blackhearts layer and use the selection tool
to select the hearts. Now flood fill them with this colour: #8688E5
Now go to effects/ plugins/eyecandy/glass and add glass with these settings...
Deselect.
Add a new raster layer.
Add the diamond heart tube, duplicate this layer 4 times.
Use the mover tool to move the diamonds over the blue hearts.
Now you should have something like this...
Merge all layers.(Layers/merge/merge visible)
duplicate it 2 times. Now we are gonna add the sparkles.
highlight the first layer and go to effects/ plugins/ vm natural/ sparkle.
Add sparkle with the settings...
Highlight the next and set the random seed to 65.
Then the last one with random seed 220.
Yet again add a new raster layer.
Add the tube with the scale 50%. Then go to effects/ 3d effects/ drop shadow
and add a shadow with these settings...
Vertical: 0
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 80
Blur: 6
Now add the text with these settings...
The text will come up as floating on the same layer
as your tube so DO NOT deselect until you are happy
with the looks and placement of it.
Now go image/ rotate and rotate left 90 degrees.
Or just leave it at the bottom.
Now before deselecting add a drop shadow with these settings...
Now duplicate the text and tube layer 2 times.
Place the layers like so...
Hide the last 4 layers by clicking at the glasses.
Merge visible on the other two, then hide them.
Unhide the next pair and merge. Till you have three merged
layers. When done make sure you Unhide all the layers.
Save the image as .psp, open it in Animation shop and save as .gif
and you are done !
