For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 9

***Install the tube and the fonts***

-If the settings aren't shown they are default settings.-

Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Select your preset shapes tool and select the rectangle. Set the background
colour to white and the foreground colour to black, set the line width to 7.
Draw a box about 390*200 pixels. Pick up your magic want and select the white
inside of the box then go to effects/ texture effects/ fine leather. Add with the
following settings...



Deselect by pressing ctrl + d.
Add a new raster layer (layers/ new raster layer).
Select the preset shapes again. Change the line width to 3 and set the
Background colour to : #192a55 Then draw a box about the size 356*166.
Add the fine leather with the same settings to the blue are of the box.
Deselect then use the mover tool to move the new box into the middle of the
first one we made. We have now got something like this...



Now add a new raster layer then draw 5 black rectangles something like this...



I used the colour white so it would show properly but you should use black.
Now that we're done with the lines go to effects/ distortion effects/ ripple
Add with the following settings...



Go to selections/ select all then to selections again and then float.
Select a grey gradient and flood fill the selection.
We should now have something like this...



Do not deselect!
Go to effects/ distortion effects/ pixelate and add with 8, 8 and symmetric.
Continue by going to effects/ texture effects/ fine leather and add with the
same settings as previous. Deselect by pressing ctrl + d.

Layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Then go to effects/ reflections effects/ feedback add with these settings...
Do not look at the offset settings but use the cross in the left box as a referance.



Add a new layer. Select your tube tool and add the tube with scale 75%.
Then go to adjust / sharpen / unsharp mask and add with radius :1
Strenght: 50 and clipping: 7

Add a new raster layer.
Select the text tool and select the international palms font.
Set the text size to 72. background colour to white and foreground colour
to null. Add the text then select the raster deform tool and use the side nodes to
push the text into the width you want it. Add the same fine leather effect as before.
Go to effects/ 3d effects/ drop shadow and add a drop shadow with
Both offsets set to -3, opacity : 100 and blur : 0 colour set to black.
untick the shadow on new layer box.
Add the copyright info. Merge visible. Crop and save as a .jpg and you're done!
