For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7, 8 or 9

***Install the tube and the fonts***


-If the settings aren't shown they are default settings.-

Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Select your preset shapes tool and select the rectangle.
Set the foreground colour to black and the background colour to : #a20000
Set the line width to 6 and make sure you got antialias ticked.

Draw a rectangle the size of about 320*180.
Select your magic wand and select the inside of the rectangle.
Then go to effect/ texture effects/ tiles, add with these settings...



Then go to effects/ reflection effects/ feedback. Grab the cross and move
it to the middle of the rectangle like so...



Add a new raster layer.
(layers/ new raster layer) Then select a heartpreset and draw
A heart about the size of 100*90. Add a new raster layer and draw another
heart just slightly smaller. Now use the mover tool to move the hearts into place.
You should now have something like this...



Add a new raster layer.
Select your text tool and set the size to 48 and make sure antialias is ticked.
Set the stroke width to 2 and the kerning to -150, add the text.
Deselect by pressing ctrl + d. Then click the deformer tools and then grab
the side nodes and deform the text till it's as long as the rectangle.
Right click the copyright information layer on the tube, click copy.
Then Right click on the picture you are working on and click paste as new layer.
Use the mover tool to move the © info just below your text.

Then go to layers/ merge / merge visible.
Duplicate this layer.

Use your magic wand to select the inside of the hearts and the text.
To select more than one area at the time hold down the shift key whilst selecting.
Now go to Adjust/ add remove noise / Add noise. Tick uniform and monochrome then set the
noise to 33%. Activate the next layer by clicking on it on the layer palette and add
noise with 30%. Deselect and then activate the top layer by clicking on it.

Add a new raster layer and add the tube with the size 55%.
Then go to adjust/ sharpen/ unsharp mask and add with these settings...

Radius: 1
Strength: 36
Clipping: 7

Move the tube into place with the mover tool and then duplicate the layer and move
one down under the first background layer. This is what your layer palette should be like...



Hide the bottom layers by clicking on the eye. Then click the top layer and go to
Layers/ merge / merge visible. Now hide the layer you just merged and unhide the
two you hid. Then merge visible again. Unhide the hidden layer.
Now go to effects/ 3d effects/ drop shadow and add with these settings to both layers.
Both offsets set to : 0 Opacity : 100 and Blur: 3

Use your crop tool and crop the image then when you made sure none of
the two layers are hidden save as .pspimage.

Open your image in Animation shop save as .gif and you are done !
