For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7

The font I used is called Deco Cafe

Install the tube.

Open the accents in psp.


Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Select the preset shapes tool make sure you only have antialias ticked.
Set the line width to 5 and line style to solid and pick the rectangle from
the drop down menu.

Now lets set the style colours.
Set the stroke colour to : #5C491E and the fill colour to : #9D8B75
Now draw a rectangle size to 130*320.



Then duplicate this layer 2 times and use the mover tool to place
the layers like this...



Now highlight the first layer and use the selection tool to select it.
Then go to effects/ texture effects/ glass mosaic. Set both numbers of columns
and number of rows to 25. Tick symmetric, set glass curvature to 100, edge curvature to 0,
grout width to 0 and grout opacity to 100. Then click ok, deselect (ctrl +d )

Highlight the second rectangle select it and then go to effects/ texture effects/ mosaic antique.
Add with both number of rows and columns to 25, tile opacity: 9, grout width: 2 and grout opacity: 34.
Deselect and then highlight and select the third and last layer.

Now to go effects/ geometric effects/ pixelate and add with block width: 50,
block height: 123 and symmetric unticked. Then go to effects/ texture
effects / blinds, add with width: 2, opacity: 65. Tick horizontal and set the colour to: #928066

Ok, now lets merge. Go to layers / merge / merge visible.
We should now have something looking like this...



Use the selection tool and select the image, then go to selections/ modify / contract.
Contract with 3. Then go to selections/ invert. Now go to effects/ blur / gaussian blur.
Blur with a radius of 5. Don't deselect yet!

Go to effects/ texture effects/ blinds. Set the colour to black and leave the other
settings the same as they we're last time we used them. Deselect.

Now add the accents open them up in psp right click and click copy .
Then click on the image we are making and click paste as new layer.
Do this with both accents. When done you duplicate the layer with
the corner accent and then go to image / flip. Use the mover tool
to move them into place. We should now have something like this...



Now that we have gotten this far add a new layer, then add the tube
with the scale 75% then go to effects/ sharpen/sharpen.
Then select the freehand tool and draw something like this...



Then go to effects/ blur / gaussian blur and add with a radius of 5.
This is just to make it look a bit less cut off.

Add a new raster layer.
Now lets add the text. Select the text tool make sure line width is set to 1
(if you don't know what I mean by that check the FAQ's)
Then add text with the following settings...



Go to image / rotate and rotate with 90 degrees to the left.
Then click the deformation tool and drag the ends until it fits
the space in the rectangle. When done click apply and then deselect.
Now go to layers/ merge / merge visible and then save as .jpg and
wooo hoooo you're done :o)
