***Install the tube and the font***


Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Select your picture tube tool and add the tube with the scale 80%
Add a new raster layer (layers/ new raster layer)
Select the preset Shapes tool and make sure you only got antialias checked.
Set line width to 3. set stroke to white and fill to this colour: #DA837C.
Draw a box about 125*330. Duplicate this layer. Then move it till you got
something like this...




Add a new raster layer and draw a box about 200*130 then go to selections/ select all
then selections / float. Go to effects/ texture effects/ mosaic glass.
Add with these settings...



Press ctrl + d to deselect.
Move this box down inbetween the two other boxes.
Highlight the first layer and then add a new raster layer.
Draw a box size: 160*140. Select all and float. Then go to
effects/ texture effects / mosaic antique, add with these settings...




Deselect and then add a new raster layer.
Set both style colours to white and then draw a box size 110*100.
Go to effects / texture effects/ blinds and add with :

Width: 3
Opacity: 45
Colour: #DA837C
Tick horizontal.

Once again add a new raster layer and draw a white box this size :150*70
Add the same blinds. Then use the mover tool to move the pieces around.
Move the tube layer up to the top.

Add a drop shadow with these settings: Vertical : 4 Horizontal: 1 Opacity: 38 Blur: 6
To all the layers you got including the tube layer.
You should now have something looking like this....




Add your text with size and font of your choice.
Then go to image/ rotate and rotate 90 to the left.

With the text still floating add the same blind effect on the text
as you used earlier only this time untick the horizontal box.
Add the same drop shadow as we used earlier. Then add drop shadow
again but with these settings: Vertical : -4 Horizontal: -1 Opacity: 38 Blur: 6
When you are happy with the arrangements of all of the pieces then go to
layers / merge / merge visible.

Effects/ 3d effects/ drop shadow add with these settings...
Vertical : -4 Horizontal: -1 Opacity: 38 Blur: 6 colour:#DA5C5D
Then add drop shadow again with these settings...
Vertical : 4 Horizontal: 1 Opacity: 38 Blur: 6 colour:#DA5C5D
Save as .Jpg and you are done !
