-If the settings aren't shown they are default settings.-
Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Select your preset shapes tool and select the rectangle. Set the background
colour to #503f2f and the foreground colour to #88684f, set the line width to 2.
Draw a box about 280*310 pixels. Add a new raster layer (layers/ new raster layer).
Add the tube with the scale 70%. Now activate the bottomlayer by clicking
on it on the layer palette. Go to selections/ select all then to selections/ float.
Continue by going to selections/ invert then active the tube layer. Press
the delete key on your keyboard. Do not deselect yet.
Go to selections/ modify / feather and feather with 15. Now press the delete key
about 3 times. Then press ctrl + d to deselect.
You should now have something like this...
With your tube layer activated go to effects/ artistic effects/ sepia toning and
add with 75 as the amount of age. Duplicate your tube layer (layers / duplicate).
Activate your bottom layer and float it like you did before.
Activate your tube layer not the duplicate. Now you got the rectangle floating
but the tube layer activated. Go to effects/ reflection effects/ kaleidoscope.
Add with these settings...
Deselect and then lower the opacity of the kaleidoscope layer to 34 on the layer palette.
Duplicate your bottom layer then higlight the bottom one, not the copy.
Then go to effects/ distortion effects/ wave and add with the following settings:
both amplitudes set to 1 and both wavelength set to 10, tick transparent.
Activate the dupliate of the bottom layer and go to effects/ texture effects/mosaic glass.
add with these settings...
Add a new raster layer and add the heart accent, then add the same sepia toning to it
as you did to the tube then add a drop shadow with these settings...
Move this layer to the right top corner and then move the layer down
under the tube layer. (layers/ arrange/ move down.) Add the same dropshadow to the tube.
Now go to layers/ merge / merge visible.
Select the pen tool and set it to create as vector and draw lines and polylines.
Draw a line like so...
Add a new raster layer.
Select your text tool and move the mouse over the line.
Click when you see the A with a bow under it.
Set the foreground colour to null and the background colour to : #604a37.
Add the text with the following settings...
Delete the vector layer from the layer palette by right
clicking on it and pressing delete.
Go to effects/ texture effects/ sculpture and add with these settings...
If you don't have my pattern just use another neutral pattern instead.
