All you will need for this tut is psp 7
This glass heart tube
~*download*~


Open up a new image 300*300 pixels with a transparent background.
Add the tube to the image and then duplicate it.
Now go to effects/blur/gaussian blur. Set the blur radius to 45.00
Duplicate the blured layer. Now you should have 3 layers.
Go to effects/texture effects/tiles.
Add these settings to one of your blured layers...



Put the crackled layer at the bottom, the blured one second
and the tube at the top.
Add a new raster layer and add any text you want.
When the text is done as you want it. Go to layers/ merge/ merge flatten.
Now select the selection tool. Use these settings ...



Make a circle around the image you got like this...



Go to selections/ modify/ feather... Set the number of pixels to 10.
Now DON'T deselect! Go to feather again and this time set the pixels to 15.
Right click on your selected image then click copy.
Click anywhere on your ...




Click paste as new image.

Save your image as .jpg (crop if necessary) and you are done :D
