Tutorial written by Nemesis

I'm dedicating this tutorial to Sparkie *lol*
without her it would never have been written :oP

For this tutorial you will need:

Psp 7 or 8

The font use is called International Palms.

This mask:
Nem's Fuzzy mask

And either you can cheat
and use my dragonfly tube...
Dragonfly tube

Or you could go here pixel dragonfly
And do your own dragonfly to use :o)

**Put the mask in your masks folder, install the tube and the font!!**

Open up a new image 400*400 pixels with a transparent background.
Select the picture tube tool and select the dragonfly tube.
Then fill up the image with the tube, something like this...

Then go to effects/ blur / gaussian blur and add with a radius of 5.
After that go to effects/ texture effects/ mosaic antique and add with
these settings...

Now go to masks / load from disk and locate the mask you saved
into your masks folder. now add a new raster layer then go to
layers/ merge/ merge visible.

Go to effects / 3d effects/ drop shadow and add a drop shadow with
both vertical and horizontal set to 1, opacity : 90 and blur : 5.
You should now have something looking like this.

Duplicate this layer 1 time then go to image/ resize and resize with
28 % of origin. Duplicate that layer three times then use the mover
tool to place them something like this.

Add a new raster layer ( layers/ add new raster layer).
Select the text tool and add text with these settings...

If you got a long name like mine you might have to use
the deformation tool and press the name together to fit on the image.
Now add another raster layer and set the size of the text to 16
type dragonflies as text. Then add the same word with size 14 and 12.
Place them under each other.
We should now have something like this...

Ok now add a new raster layer and add the word damselflies (a smaller type
of dragonflies) with the size 22. Then go to image/ rotate and rotate this word with
35 degrees to the right. Then use the mover tool to move it into place.
Deselect the text and add a new raster layer.

Add the word Ondata 3 times like the word dragonfly(dragonfly in latin or something)
with the size 12. Then go to image/ rotate and rotate 25 degrees to the left.
Use the mover tool to put the text where you want it. Now we got something like this...

Now all we got left to do is add the dragonflies. So, add a new raster layer and
add a dragonfly with the scale 100% and put it pretty much in the middle of the
upper half of the circle. Then add the same drop shadow as we used before.
Then add a new raster layer and add a dragonfly size in the
middle of each one of the small circles. Add the same drop shadow to these.

Add a new raster layer again... and add a dragonflie with the scale 30%
then go to image/ rotate and rotate 25 degrees to the left. Then go to
effects/ sharpen / sharpen, add the same drop shadow as before.
Duplicate this layer 2 times with the last one
highlighted go to image/ mirror. Use the mover tool to move these
into place. When you're happy with the placement of all the words
and insects *smile* then go to layers/ merge / merge visible and
then save as jpg. Guess what ?! You're done !

Hope you had fun!
Happy psp.ing :0P
