These three tubes...
Butterfly tube
Heart tube
Flare tube
Font of your own choice (I used Hanshand for this tag.)
Install the tubes !!
Now lets begin
Open up an image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Select the picture tube tool and add a heart with 100% scale.
Add a new raster layer and add a heart with 75% scale.
Add a new raster layer and add the buttrefly with a 100% scale.
Drag the layer opacity on the butterfly down to 38.
You should now have something like this...

Add a new raster layer.
Now select the text tool and use the following settings...

Do not deselect yet.
Go to effects/inner bevel and use the following settings...

Deselect.
Once again add a new raster layer.
Select the picture tube tool and find the butterfly again.
Add a butterfly with the scale 40%.
Duplicate this layer and then go to image/ mirror.
Now use the mover tool to move the butterflies to where you want them.
Add a new raster layer and add flares where you think it looks best.
When you are happy with the placement, go to layers/ merge / merge visible.
Now go to colors / colorize. Find a colour you like. I made mine blue using these
settings : Hue = 145 and saturation = 220.
When you have colourized it duplicate you layer then hide the original one.
Go to effects /blur / gaussian blur blur with 15,00 radius.
After this go to effects / artistic effects/enamel.
Use these settings...

Duplicate this layer 2 times.
Now this is what you should have on your layer palette.

Go to layers/merge/merge visible.
This means you have two layers left.
with the enameled layer highligted go to image/ resize use these settings ...

Move the enameled layer to the bottom.
Merge again and crop if needed.
Save as .jpg and you are done!
