For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 9

The following material or tube font of your own choice.

The font I used is called A&S black swan and is a pay font.

Install the font and open up the tube in psp.

Open up a new image 425 * 150 pixel with a transparent background.
Flood fill with black. Then right click on the tube and then click copy.
click on your new image and then choose paste as new layer.
Select your mover tool and move the tube into place.
You should have something like this...



Now go to Image/ picture frame and select edge brush nr 1.
Tick Frame canvas and frame inside of image.
You should now have something like this...



If you don't like where your tube is place then use the mover tool
again to move it into place. Then go to layers/ merge/merge all (flatten).
Now proceed by going to image/ add borders.
Set colour to black, tick symmetrick and set size in pixels to 2 click ok.
Go back to add borders, set colour to white and set size in pixels to 3 and add.
Go back and set size in pixels to 6 and colour to black and click ok.

Now add a new raster layer ( layers/ new raster layer).
Select your text tool and select the font you want to use.
Add the text " Love your enemies... It really pisses them off! "
Set stroke to 0 and kearning to -287 then add with the size 26 and colour white.

Add a new raster layer and change the text size to 48 and add your name.
Use the mover tool to move the layers to where you want them.
Layers/ merge / merge visible.
Add the ©info that comes with the tube.
Save as .jpg and you are done !
