For this tutorial you will need:

Psp

These Flag tubes...
If you need one that isn't there then email me and I will add it.
Flags

The font I used is called Impact.
But pretty much any plain fat font will be ok.

Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Select your text tool and add the word Files with these settings...
Make sure you got Kearning set to 850!

Add a new layer and type in your name, set kearning to 0 and
size to 72 but the rest stays the same as before.
Deselect the text (ctrl + d) then press the deformation tool
this will bring up a box around your text Drag the top node upwards
and the right one inwards till you got what you see in the picture.

Add a new raster layer and add the word The with the
same settings as files but set kearning to 0.
You should now have something looking like this...

Add the flag you want then go to layers/ merge / merge visible.
Now go to effects/ 3d effects/drop shadow and add with these settings

Vertical: 0
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 100
Blur: 4,9
Colour: white

Duplicate you layer (layers / duplicate.)
Then go to effects/ geometric effects/ twirl and twirl with 8.
Move this layer to the bottom (layers / arrange/ send to bottom.)
Then lower the opacity to 30.
Now crop the image and save as jpg and you are done !

Hope you had fun!
Happy psp.ing :0P
