Example resized 75%
For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7 or 8
and this tube...

Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Set the foreground colour to this colour: #404040 and the background
colour to null. Select the preset shapes tool, set the line witdh to 25
and the line style to "dash dot", make sure you only have antialias checked.
Now make a circle that is 300*300. (These numbers you can see at the bottom
left corner of your psp program window.) ok you should have something like this...
Now select the draw tool. Type = single line, width = 7 and set the linetype
to barbed wire. Make sure only antialias is checked.
Add a new raster layer (layers/new raster layer)
Now draw a line from the very top of the circle to the bottom of it.
Duplicate this 3 times. Rotate the first copy with 90 degrees left.(image/ rotate)
The second one 45 degrees left and the third one 45 degrees right.
Now go to layers/ merge /merge visible. You should have something like this...
Go to effects/ texture effects/ blinds add with these settings...
Now go to the same place again and add with the same settings only this
time you make sure that horizontal is NOT checked.
Go to effects/ 3d effects/ drop shadow, add with these settings...
Now duplicate your layer. Go to effects/ blur/ gaussian blur and add with a
radius of 10. Then go to effects / texture effects / mosaic glass.
Add with the following settings...
Move the mosaic layer to the bottom (layers/arrange/ send to bottom).
Add a new raster layer again and add the tube with the scale 75%.
Move her down so that she's sitting at the bottom of the circle.
Add the same drop shadow to her as to to the circle.
Add a new raster layer.
Select the text tool, set the line width to 2.
The font I used was Tahoma, set the size to 48.
The stroke to #404040 and the fill to null.
Make sure antialias and floating is checked.
Add the text and then use the same drop shadow as before.
Now make sure you got the girl and the text where you want it.
you should have something similar to this now...
When you are happy with the placement of it all go to
layers/ merge/ merge visible then go to colours/ grey scale.
Your image is now all in grey scale.
Resize and crop if needed (my example picture is resized with 75% of origin.)
Save as .jpg and you are done !
