The following font...

and this tube...
Butterfly tube

and this tube...
Flare tube

Open up an image 400*300 with a transparent background,
size depending on how much text you want to add.
Select the text tool. When you do that this box will first appear...

Make sure you set the width to 3.
Now click on the image add the text using the following settings...

Add a new raster layer (layers/ new raster layer).
Select the text tool again but set the stroke to null. This you do but clicking the
little black arrow marked on the pic with a purple arrow :OP
Click ok. If the text does not go right over the other text layer,
use the mover tool to move it in place.
Make sure your thin text is selected
with the marching ants.
It should look like this...

Select the picture tube tool, find the tube you installed.
Now click on several times on the selected text with the tube tool, until it's all
covered with colour.
When you are happy with the look of the text, deselect it.
Go to layers/ merge /merge visible.
Then go to effects/ 3d effects/ drop shadow. Offset: Vertical and Horizontal = 2
Attributes: opacity = 100 Blur = 6,8

Now add a new raster layer. Select the picture tube tool again and add
the butterfly with size 120.
Use the mover tool to move the butterfly into position.
Add a drop shadow but this time set the blur to 1.
Move this layer down (layers/ arrange/ send to bottom).
Then once again select the picture tube tool, but this time find the flare tube.
Set the flare tube size to 35 and add them where you think it looks best ;o)

Then once again merge visible.
Save as .jpg and you are done!

Hope you had fun!
