Tutorial written by Nemesis

For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7
The following font...
blackchancery font
this font...
A butterfly dingbat
this tube...
Blue flare tube
and finally this gradient...
Gradient
You can off course use any font, gradient or tube you'd like.
Part 1
Open up an image 300*300 with a transparent background,
size
depending on how much text you want to add.
Select the text tool
.
Then use the following settings...
Make sure that the fill is the gradient you want to use and the stroke = null.
Also make sure you checked antialias and floating.

Now go to effects/ 3d effects/ inner bevel. Use these settings:

Part 2
Open up a new image with a transparent background. This is where we do the
butterfly tube we are going to use.
Now do the same thing as you did with the text only this time you
use the butterfly dingbat instead of the text font.
Find a butterfly you like and add to your new layer don't forget to use the gradient as fill.
Then you go effects and add the inner bevel to the butterfly (same setting as before).
Then install it to the picture tube tool.
This you do by clicking file / export/ picture tube.
Don't change the settings in the box. All you need to do is name it and click ok.
Now that that is done go back to the text image.
Part 3
Add a new raster layer (layers/new raster layer).
Select the picture tube tool
find the butterfly.
Set the size to what you think is ok. Add a new raster layer for each
butterfly you want to add. That way you can use the mover tool and move them
into the position you want.
When the butterflies are in place go to layers / merge / merge visible.
Add a drop shadow (effects/ 3d effects/ drop shadow) set vertical and horizontal to 2
,opacity 100 and blur 5.
Duplicate the merged layer and then go to effects/ geometric effects/ ripple.
Set all the numbers to 15.
Then go to effects/ blur / motion blur, direction 225 and 40 pixels.
Move this layer to the bottom (layers/ arrange/ send to bottom)
Highlight the top layer and once again select the picture tube tool
find the flare and add tiny (or big ones for that matter) flares where
you think it looks the best.
Now finish off by going to layers /merge / merge visible.
Save as .jpg and you are done!
Hope you had fun.
happy psp.ing!
