example resized to 85% or original size.
For this tutorial you will need:
Psp
Dsb Flux filters
Eyecandy 4000
This Font
Bickham script
This tube:
Girl tube

Open up an image 500*500 pixles with a transparent background.
Select the preset shapes tool, set background colour to white and
foreground colour to black. Make sure you only have antialias checked
set line width to 5 and then chose border in the drop menu.
Draw a frame the size 130*110. Use the magic wand and select the transparent
area inside the frame, then go to selections/ modify / expand and expand with 1.
Use the flood fill tool and flood fill this area with white. Deselect.
Duplicate this layer 2 times. Then go to image/ rotate and rotate with 45 degrees right.
Then select the next layer and rotate 20 degrees to the left. Use the mover
tool and move the frames till you got something like this...
Now select the border on the first frame then go to selections/ modify/ expand with 1
Flood fill with #93B8A6 then go to effects/ plugins/ eyecandy/Jiggle.
Add with the standard typical bubbles settings. Deselect and select the next
border and expand with one. Then flood fill with #49765F then go to eyecandy/ weave
add with the standard settings of tight weave. Deselect and do the same on the last frame
flood fill with #678877 and add eyecandy/ swirl with the standard settings of small whirpool.
This is what we got now...
Now open up a new image 400*400 pixels and add your tube with the scale of 80%
Then select the inside of the of the first frame and expand with 1.
Select the clone brush set the size to 98 opacity = 100,
make your tube the active image and then press down shift and then right
click on the area you want to clone. Then go back to your frame picture and
left click as normal on the selected area. You might want to click a few times to
make the picture really visible. Now deselect and do the same with the other
frames just close different parts of the tube.
You should have something similar to this now.
Add a new raster layer ( layers/ new raster layer).
Add the tube with a scale of 60%, move this layer to the bottom
(layers/ arrange/ send to bottom).
Use the move tool to move the tube till you got it where you want it.
Add another raster layer for the text.
Now select the text tool and add the text with these settings.
Now use the mover tool yet again to move the text to where you want it.
When you're happy with the placement then go to layers/ merge / merge visible.
Duplicate this layer and then go to effects/ plugins/ dsb flux/ blast.
Tick blast amount and set to 15% set the direction to downwards.
Now add blast again but with the direction upwards then to the right
and finally to the left. Move this layer to the bottom.
Merge visible again, then watermark, crop and save as .jpg
