You will need this:

Psp 7 or 8

These tubes:

Flare download

Diamond download

Anime girl download

A fancy font of your choice
(The font I used is called Polonaise)
and eyecandy 4000.

Install the Tubes!

Open up an image 300*300 pixels with a transparent background.
Select the Preset shapes tool.
pick the ellips and make sure you have antialias checked and
nothing else. Set the line with to 1 and line style to solid.
Set both styles to the same colour.
Now make an ellips the size you want your tag.

Now go to effects/plugins/eyecandy/glass
Withine eyecandy you go to settings and select snow.
Then change the settings to this...

Add a new raster layer.
Add your tube. (If you use the tube i attached
use it with scale 65%.) Now highlight the
first layer and select the glass button again.
Higlight your second layer.
Now use your mover tool and move your image till
you have something like this...

Now with the ellips still selected, highlight the
layer with the tube on it.
(Highlighting means you click the layer on the layer
palette so that it's marked with blue.)
Now go to selections/invert.
you should now have something like this...

Now press the delete button on your keyboard.
Deselect (ctrl+d)
You should now have something looking like this...

Drag the visibility on this layer down to 30.

Add another raster layer and add diamonds at
the top of the ellips, I used size 13.
This depends on how big your button is though. Like this...

Now add some tiny tiny sparks on the diamonds.
I used size 20.

Now add a new raster layer and add your text.
Settings depending on what font you use.

Go to layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Then go to colours/colourize.
I used hue 150 and saturation 85.

GO to effects/3d effects/ drop shadow and add
as suitable shadow. Crop and
save as a .jpg and you are done :0)

Easy huh !

Hope you had fun!
Happy psp.ing :0P
