For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 9

The fonts I used are called Debussy and Times new roman.

***Install the tube and the fonts***

Works with any gradient, I used a golden one though called metal brass.

-If the settings aren't shown they are default settings.-

Open up a new canvas 400*400 pixels with a transparent background.
Select your rectangle tool(preset shape), Set foreground colour to null
and background colour to black. Set linewidth to 2, untick antialias.
Draw a rectangle the size 280*175. Add a new raster layer (layers/ new raster layer).
Then set foreground colour to a golden gradient mine is called metal brass
set repeat to 0 and angle to 45. Set background colour to black.
Then draw a rectangle the size 270*165. Add a new raster layer and draw
another box 250*145. Add yet another raster layer and draw one 230*125.
Now use the mover tool and move them so they are inside of each other.
Something like this...



Select your pen tool, set it to draw lines, line width to 2 and antialias ticked.
Add a new layer, draw a line from the top outer gold corner to the bottom inner gold corner.
And then the other way around so that you draw X's. Like this...



Do this on both sides.
Add a new raster layer and add the diamond with the scale 30%.
Select the change to target brush. Make sure the foreground colour is till the
gradient. And then brush over the diamond. Duplicate this layer (layers/ duplicate).
Place one in the middle of the X's we drew. Add a new layer and add a diamond with the size 25.
Use the change to target brush again and then duplicate this layer 3 times.
Place a small diamond under and above the big one.
Go to layers/ merge / merge visible.

Add a new raster layer and add the tube with the scale 50%
place her on the right hand side. Activate the bottom layer and
use the magic wand to select the inside of the frame.
It will look something like this...



Activate the tube layer again, then go to selections/ invert and then press
The delete key on your keyboard. Use the change to target brush again, still
with the gradient as foreground colour. Then go to adjust/ sharpness/ unsharp mask
add with radius: 1 strenght: 40 and clipping: 2 this will give the tube a crisper look.

Add a new raster layer. Select the pen tool again, set the line width to 1.
Hold down the shift key whilst drawing to make perfectly straight lines.
and draw lines like this...



Go to layers/ arrange/ move down. Merge visible.
Select your magic wand and select like this ...



Add a new raster layer.
Select the Ellips tool ( preset shape) Select the circle.
Make sure create on vector is unticked. Set line width to 1 and tick antialias.
Set foreground colour to the same gradient as before and background colour to null.
Draw a circle about the size 53*53. Use the mover tool to move the circle like so...



Then go to selections/ invert then press delete on your keyboard.
Do not deselect. Add a new raster layer. Draw another circle that's bigger than
the other one. Use the mover tool to move it into place. Then go to selections / invert .
Then press delete on your keyboard. Now deselect by pressing crtl + d
This is what we got now...


Merge visible. Use the magic wand to select the areas marked with blue dots
on the previous picture. Then go to effects/ texture effects/ blinds.
Add with width: 2 opacity: 44 colour: #6b5722 and with horizontal ticked.
Go back again and this time add with light from left/ top ticked instead of horizontal.
Deselect. Add a new raster layer.

Select your text tool set foreground colour to your gradient and the background colour to null.
pick the font called Debussy, Set line width to 1, size 36 and kerning to -291. Create as floating.
Deselect and use the mover tool to move the text into place.
Now pick up your magic wand, select the inside of the text. Then activate
your background layer. And then add the same blinds effect as you did before.
Deselect.

Activate your text layer then add a new raster layer.
Select a font called Times new roman. Set size to 8, Antialias to off
Background colour to your gradient and foreground colour to null.
type in your name as many times as you can fit in on the tag. Use
the mover tool to move into place. Add the copyright info and then
merge visible. Crop and save as .jpg and you are done !
