For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7 or 8
These tubes:
Goth

Star
Open up a new image 400*400 pixels with a transparent background.
Select the picture tube tool and add the tube with the scale 40%
Duplicate this layer, then go to effects/blur/ gaussian blur and
add blur with the radius of 20.
Now go to effects/ geometric effects/ twirl and twirl with 720 degrees.
You should have something similar to this now...

Duplicate the twirled layer and then go to effects/ geometric effects/ wave
Set all the numbers to 10. Now you got something like this...

Select the preset shapes tool and make sure you have create as vector checked.
Then draw a circle that covers all of you picture, like this...

Add a new raster layer. Select the text tool and put the mouse on the edge of the
vector circle, When you get a big A with a bow under it click the image.
The text entry box will pop up. Now add the text that you want only when you
have written all your text make an equal amount of dots on each side of the name
Do this till you can see them meet at the bottom of the picture.
Add with these settings. Use this colour as fill: #CCA13C

Delete the vector layer with the circle.
Now go to effects/ 3d effects/ inner bevel and add with these settings.

Add a new raster layer and find the star tube you installed earlier.
Add stars with the scale 110% to cover all the dots you made.
Then add another raster layer and add stars after the twirl, change the size after hand
Start with 110% then 100%, 75% and finish with 50%
You should have something similar to this now...

Don't forget to watermark and save as .jpg
