For this tutorial you will need:

Psp

This tube:
Girl tube
Please use the ©info provided with the tube. Thank you!

The Fonts I used are called Satisfaction and Whisper, both pay fonts.
Install the font and the tube !!


Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Select your picture tube tool and add the tube with the scale 75%.
Go to adjust /brightness and contrast/ Histogram Adjustments and add
with these settings...



Then go to adjust/ brightness and contrast/ curves and add with these settings...



Now add a new raster layer. Select your rectangle tool. Set line width to 5.
Set your background colour to #1b4123 and your foreground colour to a
gradient called Metal Brass. Set angle to 45 and repeat to 0 for the gradient.
Now draw a rectangle about the size 12*235. Duplicate this as many times as you
Need and use the mover tool to move them into place, Something like this...



Now hide the tube layer by clicking on the eye on the layer palette.
Then click on any of the other layers, then go to layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Now select your magic wand, Set mode to add, tick antialias and then select
all the green areas. Then go to effects/ 3d effects/ inner bevel and add
with these settings...



Deselect by pressing ctrl + d. Now go to effects/ texture effects/ leather
and add with these settings...



Unhide the tube layer and click on it on the layer palette, then go to layers/
arrange/bring to top.
Use the mover tool to move her into place.
Then go to effects/ 3d effects/ drop shadow and add a drop shadow with these settings...



Add a new raster layer.
Select the font whisper or any other nice looking font.
Type in your quote. I typed in "If we could see the miracle of
a single flower clearly, our whole life would change." Buddha.
With the size 20, stroke set to 1 and both background and foreground colours to #ccf0be.
Leading to -0,297 (leading will change the space between the sentences)
And Kearning to -302 (kearning will change the space between the letters.)
***If you use another font Leading and Kearning settings might have to be changed.***

Add your text and then go to effects/ 3d effects/ drop shadow.
Use the same settings as we used on the tube.
Go to layers/ Arrange / send down.

Click on the tube layer and then add a new layer.
Add your name with the font Satisfaction. Same colours as before.
But set font size to 72, use the deformer tool to make the text fit the image.
Something like this...



Now add fine leather with the same settings as before.
And then the same drop shadow as on the tube and the quote.

Now all you have left to do is add the ©info that goes with the tube
you used, crop then save as .jpg and you're all done !
