Tutorial written by Nemesis




For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7 or 8

These tubes:
Witch 1
Witch 2
Moon

Both these tubes are made by me in poser and ©free for you.
***Install the tubes***

The font I used is called SilvermoonITC TT.

Start with opening up a new image 500*500 with a transparent background.
Select your preset shapes tool and set line width to 1.
Set both style colours to black and draw a rectangle the size 225*340
Then go to selections/ select all then selections/ float.
Use your air brush and paint some random dots with this colour #C00901
Like so...



Now select your retouch tool set it to smudge and size 50
Smudge around till you got something like this...



Then go to effects/ blur/ gaussian blur and add with a radius of 3.
Deselect by pressing ctrl + d then add a new raster layer.
Add the moon tube with the scale 115%. Lower it's opacity to 75%
then add a drop shadow with these settings...

Horizontal: 0
Vertical: 0
Opacity: 60
Blur: 20
Colour: #ED0D0D

Add yet another new raster layer and add the witch tube with the scale 85%
Now you'll see that she is taller than your black rectangle to select
your selection tool. Set feathering to 10 and select like so...



Press the delete key on your keyboard. Add the same drop shadow to the witch
as you did to the moon.

Add a new raster layer, select your selection tool again. Set feathering to 0
then draw a box 80*80 like so...



Select your picture tube tool and select the big witch tube and add her on that layer.
You will notice that she will only appear in the selected box. So try to get a part that
you like in there *smile*. Do not deselect!
Add a new layer and add another part of her. Now add yet another layer and
do so again. Now deselect. Select your mover tool and move the witch parts like so...



Hide all the other layers but the last three with the witch parts.
Do this by clicking the glasses on the layer palette. Then go to layers/
Merge / merge visible. Now add the same drop shadow as earlier.
Unhide the other layers by clicking the glasses again. Them merge visible.

Select your preset shapes tool set fill colour to : #969450 and the stroke to black
Add a new raster layer and draw a rectangle the size 225*55
Move this box to the bottom of your other box. Try to be as exact as possible. Like so...



Merge visible again. Select your crop tool and draw a box about
just 1 pixel outside your image. Then go to image/ crop.
Now set fill colour to black. Then go to image/ add borders add a border with
symmetric ticked and the border size set to 10. Now add the text you want in the green
box then save as .Jpg and you are done !
