Tutorial written by Nemesis

For this tutorial you will need:
Psp
Filter Factory D - moving screen
The following tubes...
Goth Girl
Star
I'm not gonna say anything else than lets get started :o)
Open up a new image 400*400 pixels with a transparent background.
Select the preset shapes tool and set the settings like this...
The image is called border and is a standard in psp.

Draw a border with the size 160*180.
Now go to effects/ plugins / filter factory D / moving screen
Add with the standard settings ie the ones you already got.
Then go to effects/ 3d effects/ inner bevel and add with these settings...

Then go to colours/ colourize and colourize with Hue : 255 and saturation : 85
Duplicate this layer and then go to image/ resize and resize
with 50% of origin. Now duplicate this layer 3 times.
Use the mover tool and move the small frames so that
you got one at each corner. Move the layer with the
big frame up to the top. You should now have something like this.

We have now got our set of frames done. So now add a new raster layer
(layers/ new raster layer). Select the picture tube tool and find the tube
called music. This is also something that comes with psp.
Hide the big frame (ie click the glasses on the layer palette for that layer.)
Now with the new layer highlighted add the music tube with the
scale of 30 inside the small frames like so.

Unhide the big frame. (click the glasses again)
Add a new raster layer again.
find your tube. Add it to the image with the scale 50%.
Place her so that her face fits into the frame, like so.

She is way to big at the moment so select the selection tool
and draw a rectangle like this...

Then go to selections / invert then press the delete key
on your keyboard. Move this layer down so that it's
under the big frame but above the small ones.
Add a new raster layer and add the stars.
Add a new raster layer (I know it's a lot of layers *smile*)
Now add the text with the size 55. Add the same moving screen,
inner bevel and colour settings to the text as you did on the frames.
Now merge and then add a suitable drop shadow, save as .jpg.
You are now done :o)
I hope you had fun !
Happy Psp-ing!!
