For this tutorial you need:
Psp 7 or 8
the Visman filter
This image --> download

And font of your choice

Open up the tube.
Duplicate it. Then go to image/ resize and resize with 150% of
origin. After that go to effects/ sharpen / sharpen.
Now go to Effects / plug-in filters /Vm distortion / kaleidoscope
I used the following settings ...



Make sure the kaleidoscope layer is the bottom layer.
Now add a the text make sure you create the text as floating.
Before you deselect the text add cut out shadow on it.
Go to effects / 3d effects / cut out
Use the following settings...



Move the text to where you want it, using the mover tool.
No go to layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Select the whole image using the selection tool.
Add some drop shadow. Effects / 3d effects / drop shadow.



Choose a colour close to any of the blue ones in the picture.
Save the picture as .Jpg and you are done.
