For this tutorial you will need
the following tubes...
Kiss download
Flare download
Diamond download
the font I used is called Blackchancery.
Open up a new image 400*400 pixels with a transparent background.
Select the text tool and make sure you set the line with to 4.
Then Use the following settings. I made mine red but you can
of course do it in any colour you like. All you have to do then
is to colourize the lips to suit match the text, well if you want
them matching that is :|
Use these settings below...
The text will come up with marching ants around it so,
Now go to selections/modify/contract and contract with 3.
Then go to effects/inner bevel and use these settings...
Now deselect (ctrl+d)
Add a new raster layer (layers/new raster layer).
Name this small diamond.
Select the picture tube tool and add the diamond tube to your pic
with the scale 10. Now go to image / resize and resize with 75% of origin.
Make sure you unticked resize all layers!
Duplicate this layer to as many you need, and add them in the ends of
all the letters you want diamonds on. You should now have something
similar to this...
Now if your happy with the small diamonds go to layers/merge /merge visible.
This is so we wont have to have so many layers at once.
Now add a new raster layer again.
Add the diamond with the scale 10 this time don't resize it.
Duplicate it to as many as you need and use the mover tool to
move them in position.
When all the big stones are in place merge visible again.
You should now have something like this...
Add a new raster layer and add the lip tube. I used it at the scale 100%.
Merge visible.
Now add a drop shadow with the following settings...
Duplicate the layer two times so that you got 3 layers.
Now hide the first two, and then select the picture tube tool.
Add the flares with the size 20. Make sure you have the visible layer
highlighted you should have something like this on your layer palette...
When done hide this layer and make the next visible, now add flares on
this one but on other places and then do the same with the last one.
When done make sure you have all your layers visible and
save this image as .psp open it in animation shop
and save it as .gif and you are done :D
