All you will need for this tut is psp 7
This gradient..

this font if you want the same one I am using...
Adine Kirnberg font
And a suitable tube.
Import the gradient!
Open up an image 400*400pixels with a transparent background.
Make sure you have these settings ...
Pick the preset shapes tool and make sure You unticked all the boxes.
Set line width to 1 and the line style to solid.
Now draw a rectangle on you image that is 260*170 in size.
You see the following at your bottom left.
Now use these settings...
Add a new raster layer (layers/new raster layer).
Still using the preset shapes tool draw a Triangle just as wide as the
rectangle. You should now have something like this...
Now duplicate the triangle layer so you got two of them.
Mark the duplicated one, go to image/ flip...
Use the mover tool and move the pieces in place.
It should look like this ...
