Use the the selection tool and select the triangles one by one
flood fill them with the gradient.
Now select all the parts one by one and add a drop shadow (effects/ 3deffects/ dropshadow)
Use these settings ...
It should now look like this, with the layers in this order...
We are almost done now. Add a new layer and name it Letter.
Make sure you got these settings now...
Select the preset shapes tool again and make another rectangle size 260*170
Go to effects/texture effects and add a texture effect. I picked a texture I liked,
and used the following settings...
and it came out looking like this...
Take the time to experiment.
Add a drop shadow as before. Then go to effects/artistic effects/ aged newspaper.
Set amount of age to 57 and click ok. Now Use the text tool and add the text you want.
Then add the tube aka picture you want.
Move this layer down so that it's under the top triangle.
Then use the mover tool to put it where you think it looks best.
Save the image as .jpg and you are done :D
