For this tutorial you will need:
Psp
And the following image


Right click the wood image and chose save picture as.
Open the picture in Psp and minimize it.

Open up a new image 300*300 with a transparent background

Use the preset shapes tool to make the stick.
Go to layers/convert to raster layer
Now use the selection tool to select the image.
Do this by clicking the image once, press ctrl A and then click the image once again.

Now we need to fill the image with the wood pattern so ... select flood fill
Now we need to find the fill we want, go to style and click the little black arrow and chose pattern



Now click the pattern you get and find the wood one. Fill the image.
Now go to effects/3d effects/inner bevel. use these settings


The stick is now done.

Select the preset shapes tool again and make a circle.
go to layers/convert to raster layer.
Use the mover tool to move the image to where it should be, on top of the stick.
Use the selection tool to select it.
Now we are going to spray paint it, so selcet the spray tool
use these settings...


and spray so that u get something like this...

Now go to effects/geometric effects/twirl, use these settings...


Go to effects/blur/average and set the filter aperture to 3.
Go to twirl again and twirl with the same settings as last time.

The last thing we got to do is to add the cutout effect
Effects/3d effects/cutout use the following settings...


Now go layers/merge/merge visible and then save.

Now the lollipop is done :D
