For this tutorial you will need the following tubes...
Goth Girl

Pixel Heart
The font I used for this tag is called Kayleigh.
Open up a new image size 400*400 pixels with a transparent background.
Add the tube with a scale of 50%, duplicate this layer.
Then go to effects/blur/ gaussian blur and blur with a radius of 10.00
After this go to effects/texture effects/ mosaic~glass.
Set the settings like so.
You should now have something like this.
Now go to effects/ reflection effects/ kaleidoscope
Add with these settings...
(The pattern that the kaleidoscope makes will vary
a bit depending on size and shape of the tube you use.)
Now after this, this is what we end up with...
And this is now what we want, so select the selection tool
set the selection type to circle and feather to 10.
Now since the feather is set on 10 the selection will
be bigger than what you intended when you drew it. This is ok.
So this is what we got now...
Now go to selections /invert then press the delete button on your
keyboard. Now the corners are gone, deselect.
Go to layers/ arrange/ send to bottom.
It is now starting to look like we want it :o)
To give it some more deep add a drop shadow to the background with
these settings: vertical and horizontal= 2 Opacity= 79 Blur= 3,5
Add this drop shadow to the girl too.
Select the preset shapes tool and draw an ellips around the pic,
like this...
Then go to image/ flip, now you didn't actually notice any change did you ?
Good! Add a new raster layer ( layers/new raster layer).
Select the text tool and put the mouse on the edge of the
vector circle, When you get a big A with a bow under it click the image.
The text box will pop up... Use the following settings...
Deselect the text.
Delete the vector ellips.
Ok now lets see... the text didn't end up where we intended it to go did it ?
So, go to Image/ flip and then Image/ mirror.
Now that looks way better.
Add the same drop shadow to the text as you did to the girl.
Add a new raster layer, select the picture tube tool and add some
hearts. Then go to layers/ merge / merge visible.
Save as .jpg and you're done !
