Now this is what you will get ...



Play around with the settings and see what you end up with :0)

When you think the result is ok then click ok.
Now lets add a drop shadow (one of my favorite effects ;0) )
Go to effects / 3d effects / drop shadow.



This is what you end up with ...



I added a shadow with the same colour as my text to get a glowing look.
The same thing goes for this.
Play around till you get something you like :0)
Save the image as .jpg and then you are done
