We are going to start with the second layer from the top.
Select the mover tool and drag the image on that layer down like this...
Now move to the next layer n do the same thing.
When you are done you should have an image looking like this...
Save this image as .Psp and open it in animation shop.
This is what you'll see in when u maximize the animation...
This means the frames are in the wrong order and the animation will go backwards.
So we have to drag the empty frame out so it's on itself.
Just press the left mouse button and drag.
Now make the empty frame longer like this...
Now drag the other frames into order one by one.
Till you have an anitmation that looks like this...
Now that's settled...
Right click the empty frame and go to frame properties.
Set the display time to 60. Then go to the last frame and set the display time to 125.
Save the image as a .gif and you are done.
