For this tutorial you will need:

***Install the tube and the fonts***
-If the settings aren't shown they are default settings.-
Open up a new image 400*400 pixels with a transparent background.
Select your preset shapes tool and set it to rectangle.
Set background colour to null and foreground colour to black.
Make sure you got antialias ticked and set the line width to 6.
Now start drawing a pattern randomly something like this...

Now go to selections/ select all and then to selections/float.
Then to effects/3d effects/ inner bevel and add with these settings...

Deselect by pressing ctrl + d
Select your magic wand and randomly select a few of the boxes.
To select more than one box at the time hold down the shift key whilst selecting.
Then go to selections/ modify/ expand and expand with 1.
Flood fill the boxes with black, then go to effects/ illumination effects/ sunburst.
Now depending on your pattern you might want to set the horizontal and
vertical values a bit different than mine. Just try to get as many circles
as possible on the black areas. You might even want to add the sunburst twice.
My settings...

Deselect and then use the magic want to select the rest of the boxes.
Expand the selection by 1. Flood fill with: #dd241c, then go to
effects/ texture effects/ fine leather add with these settings...

Deselect.
Then go to image/ picture frame, pick edge round 03.
Tick:
Frame canvas
Frame inside of the image
Flip Frame
Rotate frame 90 degrees CW
Then add the frame.
You should now have something similar to this...

Add a new raster layer (layers/ new raster layer).
Then select your picture tube tool, select the diamond tube.
Set the scale to 30 procent, then add a diamond in each frame corner.
Add a new raster layer, select the Girl tube add her with the scale 70%
Then go to adjust/ sharpness/ unsharp mask and add with these settings:
Radius: 1
Strength: 40
Clipping: 7
Add a drop shadow with these settings:
Both offsets set to 0
Opacity: 80
Blur: 10
Now add yet another raster layer.
Select your text tool, set background colour to #dd241c and foreground colour black.
Add text with these settings...

Deselect the text, use the mover tool to move it into place,
then add the same dropshadow as we used on the tube.
Resize if needed and then add the copyright info.
Merge visible. Save as a .jpg and you're done!
