For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7 or 8

Filter Factory E

Superblade Pro - coconutice glass preset

You can find the preset HERE

This accent: Flower accent

This tube: Shy Lady

Accent and tube made by me and totally © free.

Start with opening up a new image 500*500 with a transparent background.
Then select your preset shapes tool. Make sure you only have antialias ticked.
Then set the line width to 4. Set the foreground colour to black and background
colour to white. Pick a preset shape heart and draw a heart this size 130*130.

Select the magic wand, set the feathering to 2 and then select the white inside of
the heart. Now go to effects/ plugins/ filter factory E/ metal peacocks.
Add with the standard settings you got (ie don't change anything)
Do not deselect yet. Go to effects/ plugins/ flaming pear / superblade pro.
Add the cocoutine glass preset with these settings...



Deselect (ctrl + d) Then add drop shadow with these settings...

Vertical: 0
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 100
Blur: 4.9
Colour: Black

Duplicate your heart layer 4 times. (layers/ duplicate)
Use the mover tool and place the hearts like so...



Go to layers/ merge / merge visible.
Add the accent with the scale 100% and add the same drop shadow
as you did to the hearts. Now duplicate this layer once. Use the mover tool
and move the second flower accent layer a bit to the right.
Add a new layer and add the tube with the scale 75%.
Add the same drop shadow to the tube as you did before.
Use the mover tool and move things till you got something like this...



Merge all layers visible.
Add a new raster layer.
Add one letter at the time and move them into place with the mover tool.
Use these settings...



When you added your name press ctrl + d to deselect.
Then select the deformation tool. You will get something like this...



Now put your mouse over the little boxes (nodes) and press or drag and form
your text to fit the picture. When done press apply.
Now merge visible and then duplicate your layer.
Go to effects/ blur/ gaussian blur and apply with a radius of 15.
After that go to effects/ texture effects/ Straw wall and add with these settings...



Go to layers/ arrange/ send to bottom.

Merge visible and crop if needed.
Then save as .jpg and you're done !
