Tutorial written by Nemesis

For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7 or 8
The Visman Filters
and this tube...
Lady tube
The font I used is called Generation nth.
Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Add the face with a scale of 75%.
Duplicate this layer. Then go to effects/blur/gaussian blur and blur
with a radius of 20. Then go to effects/ plugins/Vm natural/ welder and add
with the following settings...

Duplicate this layer and then go to
effects/ plugins/Vm eperimental/every picture tells a story.
Add with channel input 29.
Now bring the bottom layer with the tube up to the top.
(hightlight the last layer go to layers/send to top.)
Use the mover tool to move the welded layer a bit to the left
and the letter layer a bit to the right. You should now have something like this...

Go to layers/merge /merge visible.
Select the preset shape tool set the line width to 15, line style to
diamond, the shape to octagon and make sure you only got antialias checked.
Set the stroke colour to this: #835624 and set the fill to null.
Like this...

Add a new raster layer.
Now make a circle around the face with the size 330*330.
Add a new raster layer.
Set the stroke colour to this colour : #4D3014
select the preset shapes tool again set the line width to 8 and
draw a circle with this size: 80*80
Move this layer to the bottom and then duplicate it three times.
Now select the mover tool and move them around till you got something like this...

Now add text with the size 50 leave the colours as is from before.
Now go to effects/ 3d effects / drop shadow. Add a drop shadow with these
settings : horizontal and vertical: 1 opacity: 79 and blur: 6 Set the colour to: #4F3215.
Move the text to where you want it.
Save as .jpg and you are done :o)
