For this tutorial you will be needing:
The Visman filter
Psp 7
Animationshop 3
download the font i am using here.

Open your heart image and resize (image/resize) it to the size you want your siggy.
click the text tool and type in your name.
Set stroke colour to black and fill colour to white. Set the text size to 48
Now you should have something similar to this ...



Go to layers/convert to raster layer.
Now we are going to duplicate the text layer, go to layers/duplicate.
Now we are on the copy of layer 2.
Go to effects/texture effects/ mosaic-antique.
use these settings:



Now go to image/resize with these settings :


Go to layers/arrange/move down
We now got the mosaic layer under the text layer.
If u want to move the text or the mosaic layer use the
mover tool and drag the text to where you want it.
I draged my text down a bit.
we should now have an image similar to this one.



Go to layers/merge/merge visible. Part one is now done :D
