Thanks Trace for letting me know that this page was missing, I had no clue.


Make sure you have the picture you made in paint shop saved as a jpg.
Open jasc animation shop and open the picture you just made.
Right click the image and select duplicate selected from the drop menu.



Duplicate your image twice. Now you got 3 exact copies.
Make sure you only have one frame selected.(the selected one/ones have a blue frame.)
What you do now is right click the first image and click export frames to paint shop pro.



This is the part where we add the sparkles.
Paint shop pro will now open with the image.
So in paint shop pro we go to effects / plug-in filters/ VM natural/sparkle.
This box will pop up....



Click ok.
Now u have added sparkles to this frame, close the image.
When you do so the following alert will pop up, here you, of course, answer yes.



Now you do the same thing with the next frame.
But when you add the sparkles this time change the random seed to about 75
on the second frame and 220 on the last one.
When this is done you click the view animation button

This will display your completed animation.
Don't forget to save as .gif When that is done the animation is done :D
