Tutorial written by Nemesis



For this tutorial you will need:
Psp

A font called Satisfaction.

And the following tubes:

Lady

Clips

Bubbles

All the tubes are made by me (Nemesis) and are © to Nemesis.
Both the Bubbles and the clips zip contains several tubes
in different colours.

Install the font, bubble and clip that you intend to use.

Open up a new canvas size 500*500 pixels and a transparent background.
Select your preset shape tool, select the rectangle.
Set both foreground and background colour to white.
Untick antialias. Draw a rectangle the size 300*180 pixels.
Go to effects / distortion effects/ wave and wave with the
following settings: Both amplitudes set to 1 and both wavelengths set to 4
set the edgemode to repeat.

Now change the foreground colour to black and the background colour
to: #bdc7ae. Add a new raster layer ( layers/ new raster layer)
Select your rectangle tool again and set line width to 2.
Draw a rectangle the size: 260*140.

Place the new rectangle in the middle of the other one using the
mover tool. you should now have something looking like this:



Select the inside of your inner rectangle and open up you tube.
Right click on the tube and pick copy, then right click on your
tag canvas and click paste. Use the mover tool and move the tube
Into place. Something like this...



Now go to selections/invert and then press the delete key on your keyboard.
Deselect by pressing ctrl + d.

Go to layers/ merge / merge visible. Select your magic
wand and select what's left of the green in the rectangle.
Select your picture tube tool and select the bubble tube.
Add randomly in different sizes. Deselect.



Add a new raster layer.
Select your rectangle tool and set forground colour to #95a480
and foreground colour to white. Draw a rectangle like this...



Erase the bits marked in red and then lower the opacity on the layer to 40.
Merge visible and then add a new raster layer.

Now select your rectangle tool again and draw
a white rectangle the about the size 60*110. Add the same wave effect
as earlier. Now set the foreground and background colour back to
the black and green we used earlier. Linewidth to 2.
Add a new raster layer and draw a rectangle about 43*93.
Hide your bottom layer by clicking the eye on the layer palette.
Merge visible then select the inside of the tiny rectangle
and add your bubbles just like before.
Then go to effects/ 3d effects/ drop shadow and add a drop
Shadow with the following settings...
Offsets set to 0
Opacity set to 26
And blur set to 5

Unhide your bottom layer again by clicking the eye again.
Activate your top layer and then add a new raster layer.
Select your picture tube tool and select the Heartclip.
Add with scale 50. Then go to image/ rotate/ free rotate
and rotate 40 degrees to the right.
Now go to adjust/ sharpness / sharpen.

Use your mover tool to move your clip into place.
Zoom in and lower the opacity of the clip layer and then erase the
the parts that shouldn't be showing. Set the opacity back when you are done.
You should end up with something like this...



Merge visible and then add the same drop shadow as you used before.
Add new raster layer.

Select the text tool and chose the font satisfaction.
Size 26, background colour: #361200 linewidth set to 0
Add the © Info needed.
Merge visible, crop if needed and save as jpg.
