For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7 or 8

Flaming Pear- Superbladepro.

Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Select the picture tube tool and add the tube with the scale of 40%
in the middle of the new canvas.
Now go to effects/ plugins/ muras meister / copies and add with these settings...



Now go to image / resize and resize with 50% of origin.
Duplicate this layer (layers / duplicate). Then go to image / mirror.
Use the mover tool and move them into position.
Then go to layers/ merge/ merge visible. Now go to effects/ 3d effects/ dropshadow.
Add with these settings...

Vertical: 1
Horizontal: 1
Opacity: 74
Blur: 1,7
Colour: black

You should have something like this now...



Add a new raster layer ( layers/ new raster layer).
Add the tube with the scale of 45%, add the same drop shadow
to her as you did to the flowers.

Add a new raster layer.
Select the text tool and add text with these settings...



Do not deselect it.
Now go to effects/plugins/ flaming pear/ superblade pro.
Set so that you got bmp click on the white square under it and load
the blank bmp picture that came with the preset.
Then click the cd and search for the preset you want to use. Click ok.
You should have something looking like this...



Now to change the colour of the text go to colours/ colourize and
set Hue to 140 and the saturation to 45.
Add the same dropshadow to the text as you did to the flowers.
Move the text to where you want it using the mover tool.
Then merge visible. Duplicate your layer. Then go to blur / gaussian blur and blur with a radius
of 10. Then go to effects/ texture effects/ straw-wall and add with these settings...



Now move this layer to the bottom ( layers / arrange/ send to bottom.)
Crop the image using the crop tool, make sure you don't crop too close.
Add the copyright info that is needed if you used the same tube as me.
Save as .jpg and you are done !
