For this tutorial you will need:
Psp
This will work with any font, but fat fonts are preferd.
Tip! This looks really neat if you use glass or superblade pro
instead of inner bevel too.
We are going to start with doing the stripe pattern so
open up a new image 300*300 with a transparent background.
Then flood fill with the colour you want. Then select the draw tool
set the line width to 20 and make sure you only got anialias ticked.
Set the style colours to a matching colour.
Draw stripes untill you got something like this...

Now go to image/ rotate and rotate by 45 degrees to the left.
then select the crop tool and draw a box like so...

Then go to image/ crop.
Open up a new image 500*300 then select the text tool and
add text with these settings. (Search amongst the patterns to find
the pattern you just made.)

Deselect by pressing ctrl + d
Now select the magic wand and set the tolerance to 60 then
select an area with one of the colours then go to selections/
modify/ select similar. You should have something similiar to this now...

Go to effects/ 3d effects / inner bevel and add with these settings...

Now deselect, then use the magic wand again and select the other colour
select similar then add the same inner bevel as last time.
Deselect and duplicate you layer. Then go to selections/ select all,
then selections / float. Continue by going to selections/ modify/ expand
and expand by 2 now flood fill with the darkest one of the colours
you used. Then add the same inner bevel again. Go to layers/ arrange/
send to bottom. Now go to layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Duplicate this layer and float then expand by two again.
Flood fill with the other colour and
add inner bevel again. Move to bottom and then merge visible.
Duplicate this layer and select and float. Then flood fill with black.
Move this layer up and to the left. Then drag the opacity down to 30%
and move this layer to the bottom.
Merge visible, crop if needed and then save as .jpg.
