For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7
Animation shop

This gradient...
Yellow gradient

and this font...
Quiggly wiggly font

And these two tubes ...
Teddy tube

Star tube

and this mask...
Fuzzy mask

I know there's a lot of stuff for this one :o| but plz bare with me
because it is well worth it ;o)
You can of course use any font, tube, gradient and mask as you want.
Ok lets begin.

Start with installing the tubes,the font, gradient and mask!

Open up an image 300*300 pixels with a transparent background.
Find the gradient and flood fill the image. Then go to
masks / load from disk and load the fuzzy mask.
When this is done select add a new raster layer select the picture tube tool
find the star and add it. Duplicate this layer about 12 times (yes it's a lot)
Now select the mover tool and place the stars in a pattern you like.
This is how mine looks now, you should have something similar.



Now that the placement of the stars is done add a new raster layer.
Find the teddy tube and add it use the mover tool to put him in place.
Add a new raster layer and select the text tool and use these settings ...


Now whilst the name still is selected with the marching ants flood fill
it with the same gradient as the background.
Then add a drop shadow with these settings...



This is what you should have now...



Now This is where we start to add a bit of noise to him.
To not make this page too graphic intense we'll go on to the next page ;o)
