As i mentioned this is where we start animation the teddy.
So we are going to start out with merging the picture we got. go to layers/merge/ merge visible.
Then duplicate the merged layer 2 times so you have three exact copies.

Now begin with selecting the freehand tool (the one that looks like a lasso).
Set the selection type to freehand, the feathering to 0 and untick the antialias.
Now lets start... what you want to do is select the stars and to
select more than one star at the time you press down your shift key and keep
it down all the time whilst you select ALL the stars and the middle of the flower.
When finished it should look like this...



Highlight the first layer.(like you see on the picture)
Now go to effects/noise/ add . Set the noise to 25 and tick uniform, click ok.
DON'T deselect! Now highlight the next layer go back to noise and add noise with 30.
Do the same with the third layer and add noise set to 35.
Delesect.

Now save this image as .psp.
Open animationshop and open up your .psp image.
Now this is what it will look like...



Go to file/optimizing wizard then press next.
now click costumize and then partial transparency.
Now use these settings...



Make sure the blend colour is white.
Now click ok and then next and finish.
All you have to do now is save as .gif and you are done!
