For this tutorial you will need:
Psp
and a tube.

Open a new image size 400*400 with a transparent background.
put the tube in the middle of the picture.
Use the preset shapes tool make sure u have retain style and create as vector checked.
draw a circle around the tube. like this ...


Now go to layers/new layer and add another layer.
Select the text tool and drag the mouse cursor over the circle until you get this image...

when that appear click and the text setting will pop up...


These are the settings i used, u can of course change colour size and font.
You should now have an image similar to this one...


Now go to layers and delete the vector layer.
Go to effects/3d effects/drop shadow to put some shadows to the image you just created.
Go to layers/merge/merge visible and then save.
You are now done :D

You can also use the drawing tool and do the same thing with that.
