For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7 or 8
The Visman Filter - sparkle.
Eyecandy 4000 - motion trail.
The following tubes...
Pixel heart
Red rose
Open up an image 400*400 pixels with a transparent background.
It's always better to have too much space than too little.
Ok lets start at once *smile*
Select the preset shapes tool and make a circle, make sure that
create as vector and antialias checked. Make the circle 300*300 in size.
Make a rather big shape at the beginning we will resize later.
Add a new raster layer. Select the text tool and put the mouse on the edge of the
vector circle, When you get a big A with a bow under it click the image.
The text entry box will pop up set the size to 48. Now add dots and only dots till they meet at
the other end of the shape. Something like this...
Delete the vector layer.
Add a new raster layer, find the heart tube and add a heart over every dot.
Don't worry too much if the dot still shows, they will be deleted later.
Since they are only there so we get a good distance between our hearts.
When done delete the dots. You can off course use hearts or flowers
instead of the hearts.
You should now have something like this...
Now resize this layer with 55% of origin. Then duplicate it 3 times,
pick up the mover tool and move circles around like so.
Go to layers/ merge / merge visible.
Then go to effects/ plugins/ eyecandy 4000/ motion trail
add with the following settings.
Add a new raster layer.
Select the picture tube tool and add the rose tube with the scale 40%
Duplicate this layer 2 times. Then go to image / rotate and rotate 35 degrees left
Then hightlight the second copy and rotate 35 degrees right, Use the mover tool to
move the roses into place. The layer with the rose that goes in the middle has to be on top.
You should now have something like this...
Add a new raster layer.
Now add the text with the following settings.
Go to effects/ 3d effects/ inner bevel and add with the following settings...
Add a drop shadow (effects/3d effects/ drop shadow) with this
colour: #3A563D and the following settings...
Horizontal and vertical = 2 opacity= 80 and blur= 14
Now the picture is done all we have left to do is to add the sparkles.
This time we are not going to add white sparkles, it's going to be red ones.
But first start with going to layers / merge / merge visible.
Then duplicate your layer 2 times.
Hightlight your first layer.
Ok now go to effects/ plugins/ Vm natural/ sparkle.
You will need to change the settings each time.
Add with these settings on the first layer...
Now highlight the next layer, but this time set the
random seed to 50. And do the same with the last layer
but set the random seed to 220.
Save the image as .psp open it in animation shop and
save as .gif and hey, you know what ?
