For this tutorial you will need the following:

Psp

Heart
Install the tube!!!

Open up a new image 400*400 pixels with a transparent background.
Add your heart with a scale of 100% to the empty canvas.

Select the magic wand and click on the canvas outside the heart.
Then go to selections/ invert. Now you got the marching ants around
your heart, then press delete on your keyboard.

This will leave you with this...

So now we got the selection we want go to effects/3d effects/cutout.
Add with the following settings...

Now we got the heart looking like we want it but we're not done yet.
Deselect (ctrl+d) then to layers/ new raster layer.
Then select the preset shapes tool and make sure you have these settings...
Both the tool options and the styles should be like this.

Now draw a tiny flower on the new layer.
Select the flower by clicking directly on it with the magic wand
(we can do this now because the flower is only one colour and the heart wasn't)
Press delete and then add cutout with these settings.

Now go to layers/ duplicate. Then image/resize and resize with 75%
of origin. Select the mover tool and move the flower so they are inside
the heart. You should have something like this now...

Add a new raster layer again.
We are now going to draw a leaf, so select the freehand selection
tool and draw a leaf. something like this...

Add the same cutout to the leaf as to the flower.
I wanted two leaves to I duplicated this layer and
then went to image/ mirror and then image rotate and rotated it
45 degrees to the left.

Now deselect then go to layers/merge/ merge visible.
If you want it in another colour then just go to colours/ colourize
and change to any colour you want :o)
Save the picture as .psp or .tub for future use.

And hey You're done !
I hope you had fun !
Happy psping!
