For this tutorial you will need:

Psp 7, 8 or 9

Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Set foreground colour to null and background colour to any colour you like.
I chose black. Pick up your rectangle tool (preset shape).
Draw a box about 140*115. Add another raster layer and draw a box about 240*55.
Use your mover tool and move them together so that you got something like this...

Go to layers/merge / merge visible.
Select your selection tool, make sure antialias is ticked, set the selection type
to circle. Then select a whole for the neck, also select a small circle just by
the armpit. To select more than one area at once hold down your shift key whilst selecting.
You should now have something like this...

Press the delete key on your keyboard. Then deselect by pressing ctrl +d.
Now change the selection type to rectangle and select like this...

The part boxed in red is a close up on the armpit selection.
Press deleted again. Now select like this, Hold down the shift key all the time
until you are done even when you change from the rectangle to the circle.
If you make a wrong selection just press the undo button
but don't let go of the shift key...

Now go to selections / float. Select your flood fill tool and flood fill with any colour
you like. Then go to effects/texture effects/ fur and add with these settings...

Density: 88
Length: 100
Transperancy: 184

Deselect.
Select the pen tool
Set the colour you flood filled with as foreground colour. Set line with to 4
and make sure you tick antialias. Then draw two lines like so...

Add a new raster layer (layers/ new raster layer).
With the pen tool still selected set the foreground colour to grey or black and
the line width to 4. To draw absolutely straigt lines hold down the shift key
whilst drawing. Draw like this...

Now change the tool to your circle tool (preset shape) set background colour to null.
Foreground colour to black and line width to 4. Make sure antialias is ticked.
Draw a small circle on top of your hanger.
Use the eraser to erase a part of the circle to create a hook.
Then go to layers/ arrange / move down.
Then grab your mover tool and move the hanger like so...

Merge visible. Then add a new raster layer and add your own personalized text !
Now it's time to merge visible, crop and then save a .jpg
And Voila ! One neat T-shirt tag, You to a T *winks* You're now done !

Hope you had fun!
